The xxxxÊÓÆµ Office of the Conservatory Registrar is your source for information about student records. We provide the following services:

Registration

Course registration is managed through . Course information can be found in the . Self-registration windows are available prior to each academic semester. Registration windows are determined by seniority based on the number of completed credits.

Registration for CWRU Classes

  • Students can see which courses are available through the .
  • Students register for these classes through .
    • If a course cannot be found in , please submit this .
  • All course selections default to waitlist until the Case registration window opens for non-degree majors.
    • Exact dates for non-degree registration can be found .
    • Students will be moved off of the waitlist by the registrar when that window opens, if eligible for enrollment. Students will be emailed if there is a required faculty permission, or the class is full.

Unique Registration Items

  • Chamber Music registration defaults to waitlist. Students will then receive a form requesting more information before they are placed into groups by the head of Chamber Music. Once assigned, the registrar will enroll students into the course.
  • Sonata Seminar registration defaults to waitlist. Students will then receive a form requesting more information before they are placed into groups by the head of Chamber Music. Once assigned, the registrar will enroll students into the course.

Academic Advising

All students have an assigned advisor, listed in . You may request an appointment with your advisor at any time. In addition, there are dedicated advising periods in the two weeks before registration opens each semester.

Extended Absences and Appeal Forms 

xxxxÊÓÆµ students are often engaged in performance and professional opportunities and will need to request approval for an extended absence. Complete the Notice of Extended Absence to start the process.
